Pure Alberta creamed honey blended with cinnamon.
Cinnamon is one of the oldest spices known. It is an excellent source of manganese and fiber and a very good source of calcium.
Excellent on toast or biscuits and in coffee, tea and hot milk.
Ingredients: Creamed honey, cinnamon.
