Pure Alberta creamed honey blended with ginger.
Ginger is grown as a root and is a flexible ingredient that can be consumed in drinks or in cooking and is high in antioxidants. The unique fragrance and flavour of ginger come from its natural oils, the most important of which is gingerol.
Excellent on toast or biscuits and in tea and hot milk.
Ingredients: Creamed honey, ginger, raw cane sugar.
